Online Store Delivery Information

After ordering, you will receive an email message containing a serial number for each item purchased. The serial number can be used to convert the downloaded demo version of the product into the complete program.

Download Delivery

Upon completion of your order, a download link will be displayed for the product(s) you have purchased. You will not receive a program box, manual, or CD-ROM for the product(s) you have purchased.

Should you wish to obtain a manual or CD-ROM at a later date, you can do so for $25 per item plus associated shipping costs. Domestic Ground Delivery

All orders will ship via UPS. This delivery option is available for U.S. destinations only.
For addresses within the 48 contiguous states, orders will ship via UPS Ground®.
For addresses located in Hawaii and Alaska, orders will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air®.

Domestic Expedited Delivery

All orders will ship via UPS. This delivery option is available for U.S. destinations only.

Canada and Mexico

Orders for Canadian and Mexican destinations can be shipped by UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, UPS Worldwide Express®. All orders ship via UPS Worldwide Express®. Shipping costs and transit times for these orders varies based on destination country.
