Because a no-cost evaluation is available to everyone and licenses are delivered instantly, all sales are final.
AEC Software products are delivered electronically. All software licenses, license keys, downloads, upgrades, renewals, subscriptions, bundles, and other electronically delivered products are sold as final sales and are non-refundable once the order is completed and the license or download has been made available. This applies to single and volume licenses and to discounted or promotional purchases. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that a free trial was available for evaluation and that your license is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
AEC Software warrants its software solely as described in the End User License Agreement (EULA) that accompanies each product. That limited warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy: if a covered defect prevents the software from performing substantially in accordance with its documentation, AEC Software will, at its option, repair or replace the affected product. Except as expressly stated in the EULA, the software is provided “as is,” and AEC Software disclaims all other warranties and any obligation to provide refunds, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you believe a product is defective, or if you were charged but did not receive access to a product you purchased (for example, a duplicate charge or a missing license key), please contact AEC Software at 800-450-1985 or sales@aecsoftware.com. We will work with you under the terms of the EULA’s limited warranty to repair, replace, or restore access to the product.
AEC Software products are sold directly to end users only. All purchases are subject to the policies above and to the terms of the applicable EULA.
